About Me

An experienced counsellor and psychotherapist with private practices in Croydon and Central London.

Background and Experience
My work background is principally in the not-for-profit sector, both in the UK and abroad. I began my training as a psychotherapist in 2004. I have worked at Charterhouse-in-Southwark, the Awareness Centre, Clapham and the Terrence Higgins Trust as a voluntary counsellor. I have experience working with clients with depression, and with issues around anxiety, self-esteem and self-worth. I have particular experience in working with people relationship difficulties.
